Prohire Network has partnered with a luxury resort in the Maldives to recruit an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic marketing leader to drive brand positioning, commercial performance, and guest engagement within a world-class hospitality environment. The role offers flexibility with a remote setup or travel to site, depending on business needs.

The Role

You will lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy, working closely with the commercial leadership team to ensure alignment with revenue objectives across all key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals
Partner closely with Sales leadership to deliver the annual marketing plan
Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and global visibility
Lead campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and partnerships
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Manage marketing budgets and track performance metrics
Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
