We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and creative professional to join a prestigious luxury resort spa team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor the spa team
Ensure consistent service excellence and treatment quality
Develop and implement training programs and SOPs
Support daily spa operations and maintain high standards
Foster a positive, professional, and motivated team environment

Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Certification in Spa Therapy or Massage Therapy
Certified “Train the Trainer” qualification
Strong knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology

Expertise in:
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai & Aromatherapy massage
Body treatments and rituals
Skincare and facials
Manicure & Pedicure
Additional wellness certifications are a plus
