Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Provide detailed information on rooms, packages, and wellness programs
• Ensure accurate booking, confirmations, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth guest journey
• Maintain reservation records and systems efficiently
• Operate and manage bookings using Wish.Net or similar reservation systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in hospitality or guest-facing roles
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused
• Experience with Wish.Net or similar systems is preferred
