Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Manage, train, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
• Handle guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
• Drive sales, upselling, and overall restaurant performance
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are consistently maintained

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in Chinese is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
