Head Therapist | Trainer

Job Description

ProHire Network is currently supporting a luxury resort in the Maldives in the search for an experienced Head Therapist / Trainer to join their wellness team.

This role is ideal for a passionate spa professional with strong hands-on therapy skills and experience in maintaining high treatment standards within a 5-star resort spa environment.

The Head Therapist / Trainer will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting therapist training, and ensuring consistent treatment quality across the spa.

Key Requirements:

✔ Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy

✔ 3–5 years’ experience as a Senior Therapist / Spa Trainer / Head Therapist

✔ Experience in 5-star hotel or luxury resort spas

✔ Strong knowledge of massage therapies, facials, body treatments and wellness rituals

✔ Experience in training therapists and maintaining spa standards

✔ Knowledge of holistic wellness therapies will be an advantage
