As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the resort, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining exceptional service standards, and inspiring a diverse multicultural team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the resort’s success by driving guest satisfaction, strengthening brand reputation, and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments. The position requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency, financial performance, and premium guest experiences while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the resort
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through outstanding service delivery and personalized luxury experiences
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multicultural team across all departments
• Monitor and drive financial performance, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
• Maintain and enforce brand standards, quality benchmarks, and luxury service protocols
• Collaborate with department heads to implement innovative operational strategies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Strengthen the resort’s reputation as a premier luxury destination
Requirements
• Proven experience as a General Manager in luxury resorts or five-star hotels
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills
• Deep understanding of luxury guest experience and premium service standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and revenue performance
• International resort experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
