Food & Beverage Server – Maldives (3-Month Contract)

A luxury resort in the Maldives is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Server to join its team on a 3-month contract. This opportunity is open to Maldivian candidates only. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in restaurants, bars, and other dining outlets within the resort. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences while supporting the resort’s luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with the resort’s service standards
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-presented
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables during service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

Requirements
• Minimum high school qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Maldivian nationality is required
