ProHire Network is seeking an experienced Lead Glass Artist (Glassblower – Senior Gaffer Level) to lead a luxury resort glass studio in the Maldives.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled glassblower to combine artistic craftsmanship, leadership, and guest engagementin a world-class resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead artistic and technical glass studio operations
Mentor and guide a multicultural creative team
Deliver guest demonstrations and interactive glassblowing workshops
Drive studio growth and commercial performance
Oversee artwork pricing and sales strategy

Requirements
✔ Minimum 8 years of professional glassblowing experience
✔ Strong artistic portfolio and advanced technical mastery
✔ Experience managing a glass studio or production environment
✔ Ability to price and sell artwork commercially
✔ Experience in guest engagement or teaching is an advantage
✔ Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus)
