Job Description

A prestigious ultra-luxury private island resort in the Maldives is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations and create exceptional dining experiences for high-end international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple dining venues
  • Develop innovative menus with a focus on quality, creativity, and sustainability
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Lead, train, and inspire a multicultural culinary team
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Culinary Leader in luxury resorts or five-star hotels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in international cuisine and modern culinary techniques
  • Experience in remote island or luxury resort environments is an advantage
  • European experience or background will be preferred
